LifeMAX: Longevity
Personalized health insights
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
You likely have a few thousand weeks left. LifeMAX shows you the
number, then helps you move it.
A five-minute evaluation sets your starting estimate, built from the
Social Security Administration's life tables and published research on
habits, anchored to your exact birthday. From then on the number is
alive. Log your days, keep your streaks, commit to hard changes, and
watch weeks come back. Nothing jumps. Every day of follow-through earns
a little more time, the same slow way real habits work.
THE CLOCK
A live count of the weeks you likely have left, with an hourglass that
runs at the pace of your habits. Week N of your life, exact to the day.
Compare where you started with where you are now.
THIRTY SECONDS A DAY
Sleep, food, mood, one win. The weekly check-in arrives pre-filled from
your own week and moves your habit levels honestly. Your history folds
into weeks and months, and trends chart your clock against the day you
started, like a ticker.
QUIT ONCE, KEEP THE YEARS
The rare, hard changes worth years: quitting smoking, cutting back
drinking, less screen time. Commit when you are ready. The days-strong
counter and your clock both notice, and the app only offers changes
that are actually yours to make.
LOCK IN
Name the task, pick a length, and focus. Your lock screen runs the
countdown. Pause when life interrupts; paused minutes never count.
Point sessions at goals with real deadlines, watch the hours add up,
and see where your time goes across your last four weeks.
ON YOUR WRIST AND HOME SCREEN
An Apple Watch app, watch-face complications, and home and lock screen
widgets. Choose what your widget leads with: the clock, a goal, your
longest streak, or shuffle through everything. Every glance at the time
is a glance at your time.
EVERY NUMBER HAS A SOURCE
Each factor is priced from published studies, and they are all in the
app: dozens of sources, linked, with plain-language summaries. A
recommended section picks the studies that match your own answers.
ALSO
Optional Apple Health import fills in what your phone already knows.
Optional UV alerts arrive on high-UV mornings, scheduled a week ahead
from Apple Weather, no app-open needed. Light and dark themes.
YOURS, AND ONLY YOURS
No account. No ads. Your data stays on your phone, and you can export a
backup file that survives deleting the app. Nothing is collected, sold,
or shared. Location, if you turn on UV alerts, goes only to Apple's
weather service.
HONEST BY DESIGN
LifeMAX is a rough statistical estimate to think with, not medical
advice, a diagnosis, or a prediction. Population statistics cannot know
your future. The point is not the exact number. The point is that your
time is finite, and what you do with it counts.
- Pick your language on the intro screen: English or Español, or let
Auto follow your phone. The whole app translates, notifications
included.
- UV alerts now schedule reliably: even a two-second glance at the app
banks the week's sunscreen warnings.
- Research sections all start collapsed. Open what you want to read.
- Small fixes throughout.
