A cozy Pomodoro timer with a crew of cat pirates. Start a focus round, sail with your cats, and earn gold when the timer ends. Your distracting apps stay locked until you're done.
No accounts, no ads, no tracking.
A TIMER THAT FEELS LIKE A GAME
• Pick your focus and break lengths, or use the classic 25/5
• Earn gold every time a round ends, not at the end of the week
• Recruit 7 cats, dress them in 170+ outfits, and decorate your ship and camp
• Come home to a cozy camp with a hammock, a campfire, and cats wandering around while you work
BUILT FOR DISTRACTED BRAINS
• One big button to start. No setup, no to-do list first
• Short rounds with a visible timer, so time stops feeling invisible
• Streaks start at 1 day, so a bad week never wipes you out
• Mix your own ambient sound: waves, rain, fireplace, lo-fi, and a purring cat
KEEPS YOUR PHONE QUIET
• Optional app and website blocking with iOS Screen Time. No VPN, no servers
• You pick which apps lock during a round. Calls and texts always work
• Quit a round early and you lose the reward. Hard mode locks the timer so you can't end it early
MORE ON DECK
• Live Activity keeps the timer on your lock screen and Dynamic Island
• Three daily missions arrive in your mailbox and pay extra gold
• Climb 11 pirate ranks from Deckhand to Legend of the Seven Seas
• The Captain's log charts every focus minute
PERFECT FOR
• Students who want study sessions to feel less lonely and more finished
• ADHD brains that do better with short rounds and instant rewards
• Writers, developers, and anyone whose work needs long stretches of focus
PRICING
A monthly subscription, an annual subscription with 14 days free, or a one-time lifetime purchase. All unlock the full app. No ads, ever.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your progress stays on your phone. No account, no ads, no tracking. The lock runs on your device through Apple's Screen Time, and your app choices never leave it. The only things the app sends out are anonymous usage statistics and crash reports.

Well designed and one of the few apps I actually use
RS_Ura
I’ve tried a bunch of screen time apps over the past few months but this is one of the few that’s actually stayed on my phone. The first thing I noticed was how clean and thoughtfully designed it is. The UI feels polished, it’s fun to use, and everything just makes sense. What I like most is that it doesn’t try to do a hundred different things. It focuses on the features you actually need to stay off your phone and does them really well. That simplicity is what makes me keep coming back to it.It’s now become part of my daily routine, and I find myself using it every day. If you’re looking for a screen time app that’s effective without feeling overwhelming, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a try.
Really enjoying this app

I’ve tried a few screen time apps before, but I like that this one makes it feel more fun and motivating instead of just blocking you from using your phone. The pirate theme is super cute, and earning rewards while spending less time on my phone is such a fun touch. Simple, cute, and actually helpful!
Developer Response
Thank you! "Fun and motivating instead of just blocking" is the whole idea, so it's great to hear it lands.
Adorable, yet helpful

Love the design and the simple UI, and somehow it continues to motivate me to engage most days — and disengage with other apps. It’s not a miraculous solve for app distraction/blackholes, but it’s simple and helpful enough (and very cute) that it draws me back to use it. It works great as a task timer during the work day, and customizing the character is such a treat ;-)
Developer Response
Thank you so much for your feedback. We are thrilled to hear that the design and characters keep you motivated. It is wonderful that it helps you stay focused on your tasks and cut down on distractions.
Never expected this type of cozy focus app

I’ve used gamified focus apps before but there’s something really special about this one. It’s like having a really encouraging and chill coach. And there’s so much personality & it’s really fun to keep me accountable with the time I spend on my phone
Developer Response
Thank you. "An encouraging and chill coach" is exactly the tone we were going for. Glad the cats are being your accountability partner.
Ahoy! Pirates 2.2.1 fixes pausing.
• The widget and Lock Screen countdown now freeze with the timer instead of running on
• Your apps stay locked while a voyage is paused, and the lock lifts when you finish
• Small fixes and polish
