• Dates for companies in Thailand now show the year as 2026 instead of 2569, the same as on the Sprout web app. • If your leave policy gives more days for longer service, your leave ledger now shows your own allowance, including half days such as 12.5.

- Sidekick now briefs you on what needs your attention, like approvals waiting on you, and you can act on each item right from the brief. Older briefs stay in the archive, and you can choose which agents report to you. - Filing leave shows your net balance, and the form tells you when a pending or approved request already covers those dates. - Dates follow your company's country format. - Opening the app with no signal no longer signs you out. - The offline banner no longer covers the page header. - Thai text now uses the right font everywhere. - Tap outside a text field to close the keyboard.

Home is now a today dashboard. Your schedule, your leave balances and anything waiting on your approval sit together on one screen, and each section shows a placeholder while it loads instead of a blank page. Filing leave got clearer. You see your net balance while you fill in the form, and if a pending request already covers the dates you picked, we name the leave type that clashes rather than just refusing. Smaller fixes: leave balances read better on narrow screens, request filter chips wrap instead of running off the edge, and tapping outside a text field closes the keyboard.

Clock in on a real map Geo punches now open a full-screen native map (Apple Maps). Out of signal? Your punch is queued and syncs the moment you're back online. Your schedule, in the app My Attendance has a new Schedule view: a monthly calendar with your shifts, a day-detail strip, and a card for what's coming up next. Shift reminders Opt in to local reminders before you're due to clock in or out. Manage them from Profile > Reminders. Sidekick on Home (rolling out gradually) A quiet strip at the top of Home that surfaces what needs you right now — a missing punch, a request waiting on you, a shift about to start. Tap a suggestion to act on it. We're enabling it for organizations in stages, so it may not appear on your account yet. Understand your overtime Each attendance day now shows how its overtime was classified, with an explainer for the rate types behind it. Two more languages Spanish and Malay join English and Thai, and the language picker now lists every supported language. Leave and approvals See usage limits when picking a leave type, view the approvers on your request, and get the real reason when a filing or decision can't go through. Rejections now ask for a short comment. Notifications Approval notifications open straight to the request, and read state no longer bounces back. Fixes Resolved a crash during step-up re-authentication, made unlocking from the lock screen faster, corrected attendance month navigation after a failed load, and fixed several places where data wasn't scoped to the signed-in employee.
