Atheria: Generative Art 1.5 - 15 new flame variations, 27 in all, for shapes the flames could not make before. - Live Photo wallpapers set more reliably on the Lock Screen, and the live preview now matches what is exported. - Render a single flame to your stills album, from the current flame or the picker. - A flame code made in a newer version now asks you to update instead of drawing the wrong flame.

Wallpaper stills render at much higher quality. Six times the sampling, so there is far less grain in the dark areas and the gradients come out smooth. Each one takes a few seconds longer, which is the trade. Stills now save to their own album, "Atheria Stills". Live Photos keep going to "Atheria", so if you built a Shortcut to rotate your lock screen, it carries on working the way it always has. Stills you saved before this update stay in "Atheria" too. Nothing moved. Also in this one: - A Back button in the editor. Step back out of a change you did not mean to make. - Two-finger pan to move a flame around the frame before you render it, so you can put the part you want inside the screen. - Colour locks. Hold a colour you like, roll the rest. - Tap the dice to roll, hold it to choose how: a palette, a ramp of shades, contrasting pairs, or complementary pairs. - A Cycle button that moves the colours between slots, which can change the picture completely. - One control bar across the top instead of two, with proper room between the buttons.

Brighter animated wallpapers Your flames were being darkened before they were saved, which flattened the colour and buried a lot of the fine detail. That is gone. What you see in the app is much closer to what lands on your Lock Screen. Many flames that refused to animate on the Lock Screen now do. Atheria checks each one as it exports and quietly corrects the thing iOS was objecting to. The export screen counts real progress now, frame by frame, instead of sitting on the first one for the whole render. And the app stays responsive while it works.

Your flames can move on your lock screen. Atheria now exports a flame as a Live Photo, so it blooms once each time you wake your iPhone or iPad. iOS/ipadOS does not let an app set your wallpaper for you, so there is a guide inside the app that walks you through it a step at a time. NEW Animated lock screens. Export any flame as a Live Photo, then set it as your wallpaper and watch it bloom on wake. FIXED Flames could stutter or drift backwards, most often just after mutating one. The motion is now smooth. CHANGED Links now point to atheria.app. Atheria now shows its version at the bottom of Settings.
