Billancer: Time & Invoices

Track hours, create invoices

Free · In‑App Purchases

Start a timer in one tap, follow it on your Lock Screen, and stop it on any device. Your time syncs through your private iCloud, works offline, and needs no sign-up. Billancer is a calm, private time tracker for freelancers and consultants. Start a timer in one tap, follow it on your Lock Screen, and stop it later on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Your work syncs through your own iCloud, with no Billancer account or sign-up needed. TRACK IN ONE TAP • Start, stop, and resume project timers with one tap • Follow the running timer in a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island • Review your day and week, with totals for every project and a full-day target • Forgot to start or stop a timer? Adjust the day's total. The original sessions stay visible, so your history is never rewritten. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS • Clients, projects, and time sync through your private iCloud across iPhone, iPad, and Mac • Keeps working offline, and everything comes together when your devices reconnect • Start on one device and stop on another: changes merge instead of overwriting each other • Export your clients, projects, and time as portable JSON whenever you like • No ads and no tracking BUILT FOR BILLING • Organize work by client and project, with colors and billable defaults • Available in 11 languages INVOICES & REPORTS (OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION) • Create time reports in your browser and round each day for billing without changing your tracked time • Set each project's hourly rate in your browser, with the dates it applies, so past work keeps its rate • Turn a report into an editable invoice, or invoice a fixed fee without a timer • Customize line items, taxes, payment terms, colors, and your logo, then issue a PDF • Share issued invoices from your iPhone or iPad, add private notes, and mark them sent or paid • Connects with Sign in with Apple; your time data stays in your iCloud PLANS • Free: up to 3 active projects, iCloud sync, and your full time history • Private Unlimited: a one-time purchase for unlimited active projects and the full edit history. No subscription or Billancer account required. • Invoices & Reports: a monthly subscription that adds browser invoices and reports, and includes Private Unlimited while subscribed. Eligible new subscribers get two weeks free. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Terms of Use: https://billancer.eu/terms Privacy Policy: https://billancer.eu/privacy
