Cupvia helps grassroots football organizers and coaches run a complete tournament in minutes — from the draw to the trophy. And once the tournament's over, coaches keep running their team's whole season with Cupvia.
BUILD A TOURNAMENT
Choose the format (round robin, groups + knockout, or straight knockout), set the number of fields and the daily schedule. Add one or more age categories (U7 through Seniors), each with its own game format — 5v5, 7v7, 11v11, and everything in between.
REGISTER TEAMS
Add teams directly or invite existing coaches. Every team gets a claim code — the coach enters it and takes over the team, along with its roster and match history.
SCHEDULE, GENERATED
Cupvia builds the full schedule — matches, groups, knockout rounds — and shares the fields across every category in the tournament with zero overlap in time or field.
FOLLOW LIVE
Scores, standings and qualification are updated instantly. A TV mode for the venue screen and a public tournament web page anyone can open without an account. With a simple account and an access code from the coach, parents follow their child's team — schedule, results and history, all in one place.
YOUR TEAM, ALL SEASON
Beyond tournaments, coaches manage everything about their team from Cupvia: the roster, recurring training schedules, a monthly calendar view, and two-tap attendance — parents confirm who's coming, coaches confirm who showed up. Cancel a session with a reason (weather, no field) and everyone's notified instantly. Parents can offer a ride to teammates before a session. Players build attendance streaks. Coaches post team announcements, and every trophy the team wins is saved to its permanent record. Established teams don't start from zero: paste your existing roster and add each player's previous attendance history in seconds.
THE PLAYER'S CAREER
Coaches manage every child's profile on the team — name, shirt number and attendance. From age 14, with a parent's consent, players can claim their own profile using a code from their coach: they confirm their own attendance, see their streak, badges and team timeline — and their history follows them when they transfer.
PRIVACY FIRST
Accounts are for adults and, from 14 up with parental consent, for the players themselves. For children on the roster we keep strictly the minimum needed to run the tournament and the season — first name, shirt number, and attendance — never full names, birth dates or photos of children. No rankings or comparisons between kids. Teams may optionally have a badge image uploaded by their coach.
Free for one active tournament. Cupvia Pro removes the limits for organizers running several competitions at once.
