SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED
Palmi requires an active auto-renewable subscription after onboarding. Weekly and annual options are available. The purchase screen shows the exact localized price, billing period, and any eligible introductory offer before confirmation.
AI MEAL ANALYSIS
Take a photo of your meal and let Palmi estimate foods, portions, calories, and macronutrients. Review and edit every result before saving. Your subscription includes up to 10 AI meal scans per day.
PERSONALIZED NUTRITION TARGETS
Receive estimated daily calorie, protein, carbohydrate, fat, fiber, and water targets based on the profile information you provide. Follow your remaining targets and see how each recorded meal contributes to your plan.
DAILY LOGGING
Search the food library and record breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, water, and weight. Review estimated calories and macros from one daily dashboard.
RECIPES
Explore 30 included recipes with images, ingredients, preparation steps, cooking times, serving controls, and estimated nutrition. Save favorites, create your own recipes, adjust servings, and add recipes directly to your meal log.
FASTING AND PROGRESS
Use a fasting timer, organize your preferred window, review fasting history, and follow weight and nutrition trends. Fasting information is educational and based on general estimates. Palmi does not measure metabolic states such as ketosis or autophagy.
APPLE HEALTH
Apple Health integration is optional. With permission, Palmi can read supported weight, active energy, and dietary energy information. Weight entries saved in Palmi can also be written to Apple Health.
PRESCRIBED GLP-1 RECORD KEEPING
Users prescribed a GLP-1 medication by a licensed healthcare professional can record the medication name, user-entered dose, injection dates, injection sites, symptoms, and personal notes.
Palmi is a tracking app only. It does not recommend medications or doses, provide titration instructions, recommend injection sites, change treatment plans, diagnose conditions, or provide medical advice. Brand names are shown only for user-entered tracking. Palmi is not affiliated with or endorsed by medication manufacturers.
HEALTH SOURCES
Palmi includes numbered scientific and public-health references, methodology information, and important limitations. Nutrition targets, recipe values, fasting information, and AI meal results are estimates and may vary.
SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when purchase is confirmed. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Any trial or introductory offer is shown only when available and when your Apple ID is eligible. Deleting your Palmi account does not cancel your App Store subscription.
