FitSync is a free fitness app built around MyCoach — an AI coach that builds your workout plan, reads your actual training, and answers the questions you might not want to ask out loud. Whether it's day one or year ten, you get a plan for every session and a coach who takes you seriously.

Snap your meal and get calories and macros back in seconds. No barcode hunting, no manual entry.
FOR COACHES
Run your roster inside FitSync. Connect each client with one 6-character code, push programs and meal plans, and see their logs and check-ins in real time.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
Your data is encrypted, GDPR-compliant, never sold, and never used to train AI models. Delete your account from inside the app and it's wiped within 30 days.
