CoughTrack uses on-device sound analysis to detect coughs and sneezes as they happen, scoring each one mild, moderate, or severe based on how loud it was. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Optionally save your logged events to the Health app, so they sit alongside the rest of your health history — and can easily be shared with your doctor if that's useful to you. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts, no ads, no analytics. Sound analysis happens entirely on your Apple Watch — raw audio is never recorded or sent anywhere. Only the detection result (cough or sneeze, severity, timestamp) reaches your iPhone to be logged. CoughTrack is a personal log, not a diagnostic tool. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or predict any medical condition — it simply helps you notice your own patterns.
