Master the outbreak—then unlock the undead Reanimation Protocol. Disease Dynamics is a single-player disease strategy game where every outbreak is a tactical race against global containment. Choose a pathogen, select a starting region, evolve transmission routes and symptoms, and react as countries close borders, launch quarantines, and accelerate the cure. The simulation spans 12 world regions with climate, density, healthcare, and wealth affecting spread. Four game modes change the rules: Standard Outbreak, Necroa Outbreak, Neurax Worm, and Simian Uprising. Earn research points, unlock traits, chase achievements, and use the Epidemiology Lab to learn real concepts like R0, herd immunity, NPIs, transmission routes, vaccines, and antimicrobial resistance.
