Weather-triggered workout swaps also show clearer details. Improvements & Bug Fixes 3.UI Refinements: Cleaned up the home screen alert cards with better expandable layouts and unified font sizes. 4.Localization & Sync Fixes: Fixed delayed translations when switching languages in-app, and resolved missing localized terms across iOS widgets and Apple Watch.

Major AI Training Engine Upgrade Trail & Elevation Compensation (GAP Model): Integrates ITRA trail running conversion algorithms to automatically translate cumulative elevation gain into "equivalent flat distance" and Grade Adjusted Pace (GAP). During climbs or trail runs, AI scoring now accurately factors in HR load and elevation compensation, eliminating false "pace drop" penalties. Long-Term Fatigue Model (CTL / ATL / TSB): Introduces exponentially weighted algorithms for 42-day Chronic Training Load (CTL) and 7-day Acute Training Load (ATL). When your Training Stress Balance (TSB) drops into a severe deficit, the system auto-triggers fatigue alerts and scales back workouts to prevent overtraining. Weather Forecasting & Dynamic Schedule Shifting: In extreme heat and humidity, the AI engine no longer rigidly cuts your mileage. Instead, it intelligently swaps today's high-load session with a rest day or easy run later in the week. Apple Watch Heart Rate Integration Custom Step Target HR: A new "Target HR" option has been added to the workout step editor, supporting custom upper and lower BPM zones. Perfectly suited for MAF180, LSD, and HR-controlled Fartlek training. Native Apple Watch HR Haptic Alerts: Target HR zones are natively synced to the watch via WorkoutKit. If your HR strays outside the target zone during a run, the watch display will immediately wake and trigger haptic alerts.
