VitalLog keeps health, fitness, recovery, and physical development organized. Track weight, body composition, measurements, blood pressure, resting heart rate, HRV, oxygen saturation, sleep, steps, training, well-being, and custom values.
AUTOMATIC WHERE POSSIBLE
Synchronize supported health and activity data through Apple HealthKit. Import CSV files, restore JSON backups, and export as CSV, JSON, or PDF. Your data is stored locally; you decide what to keep or share.
FROM MEASUREMENT TO INSIGHT
Review developments across days, weeks, and months. Follow changes in weight, fat mass, and body measurements. Where possible, VitalLog calculates BMI, FFMI, fat-free mass, waist-to-height ratio, and V-taper, with explanations of their meaning, methods, and sources.
Compare training and nutrition phases, measurements, well-being, protocols, and progress photos. Create PDF reports and compare or align photos to follow physical changes.
