Put distracting apps behind a prayer gate. When you feel the pull to scroll, pause, pray out loud, and return with intention.
Block distracting apps. Pray before you scroll.
Pray turns the moment you reach for a distracting app into time with God. Choose the apps that pull you in. When the gate closes, pray out loud, then return to your phone with intention.
WHY PRAY
