HOW IT WORKS
Tap play, and the meditation audio begins — a fixed-length guided session, so there's nothing to configure. The timer keeps running even if your phone locks, so you can set it aside and simply sit. When the session ends (or you stop early), your time is logged automatically — no extra taps needed.
BUILD A STREAK
Enroll in a day-streak challenge — 10, then 20, then 50, then 100 consecutive days — and watch it build. Miss a day and the streak resets, but every tier you complete stays unlocked for good. An optional daily reminder helps you keep it going.
TRACK YOUR PRACTICE
Every session adds to your personal, lifetime meditation total. The History calendar marks the days you've meditated at a glance, alongside your full session log, so you can watch weeks and months of practice add up.
MORE WAYS TO PRACTICE
Choose from ambient sounds — rain, forest, ocean, waterfall — or optional downloadable guided instructions for Vipassana and Anapana meditation. Add your name in Settings for a warmer daily greeting.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No accounts, no ads, no social feed, no leaderboard. Nothing is collected — your progress syncs only through your own iCloud.
