The biggest update Sifa has had: six new sections, from looking after someone you love to reading your own measurements. FAMILY & CAREGIVERS • Link to someone's profile with a 6-digit invite code — they approve the request on their phone • See and add their medications, doses, appointments and reports • A band always shows whose data you are looking at, and you choose what to call them ("Dad") • Aria is a separate permission and off by default — their chats stay theirs, yours stay yours • Nothing is copied, and access can be removed at any time. Free MEALS THAT ADD UP • Describe a meal in a sentence or take a photo; Aria estimates the portion, calories and macros • Correct the portion with one tap, or type the total yourself • Daily calorie goal, the day on a timeline, the week at a glance Numbers are estimates, not measurements, and you see them before anything is saved. TRENDS, REBUILT • 28 measurements: blood pressure, fasting glucose, cholesterol, liver, kidney, blood count, B12, HRV and more • Reference ranges come from your own report, never invented — the source is shown on screen • 7 days / 30 days / 1 year / all; the axis is time now, so two tests months apart no longer sit side by side • Fix or delete a reading you entered wrong, and choose the time of a measurement yourself • Pattern panel: read one measurement alongside sleep, weight, medications and meals APPOINTMENTS • Doctor, specialty and clinic are separate fields — any one of them is enough • "Time not set" is a valid answer now, and reminders adapt to it • Add to your calendar; change the appointment and the event follows • Visit prep: write down what you want to ask and take a summary of your measurements with you • Paste an appointment message and let the form fill itself PROGRAMS & SYMPTOMS • Programs built from your own records; daily steps fill in from your measurements • Symptom journal: start an episode, mark how severe it is, close it when it passes • Daily check-in and progress on one simple scale ALSO • Glossary: lab and imaging terms in plain language, with sources • Values to review: the results flagged in your own report, in one list • Summaries you take to your doctor are now properly formatted PDFs • Import your history from another AI chat — you approve every line • iPad layout, new sheets and faster transitions • Apple Health fixes: readings now arrive with their real measurement time and are no longer duplicated • Notifications are explained in plain language before the system permission is requested

Bring your history with you. If you have talked about your health with ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, that history is still there. Now you can move it into Sifa in three steps: copy the ready-made text from the app, run it in the AI app you use, then paste the answer back. Sifa sorts it into conditions, medications, surgeries, allergies, family history, lab results and doctor visits. Dated lab results go straight into your trend charts. Nothing is saved until you approve it. Each card shows what was stated, what was guessed, and whether a date is approximate. Anything already in your records is not added twice. If something was missing, a dose or a start date for example, only that field is filled in on the existing entry. You can paste answers from different apps one after another. Available during setup, from Settings and from the home screen. Also: status labels on the Medical history screen now follow your language.

This release reworks report scanning and fixes several important issues. WHAT'S NEW • Multi-page reports: Capture every page of a report one after another, or pick several pages from your gallery or files. They're saved as one report. • Several reports at once: When you capture different reports back to back, Aria tells them apart from their content and saves them separately. • Review before adding: Don't like a photo? Retake it before it's added. • Medication scanning and images sent to Aria now support multiple pages too. • More accurate reading: photos are processed at higher quality and long reports are no longer cut short. • You can go back a step during setup. • Your user ID now appears in Settings and can be copied with one tap when you contact support. FIXES • Date of birth was saved one day off. • Visit recordings couldn't be played after closing and reopening the app, and stayed silent when the phone was on mute. • Sleep durations were sometimes written to the wrong day, or a single night appeared split in two. • The same date shift affected other pickers (appointments, report dates).
