A quiet reminder You can now switch on a gentle daily reminder, so there's always a moment to look back at your day. Pick the time that suits you, and the app only speaks up when you haven't logged anything shortly before — if your evening is already written down, it stays quiet. No nagging about skipped days, no streaks to lose. Just an open question: how was today? You'll find reminders in Settings, and it's entirely up to you whether to turn them on. Without them the app works exactly as before.
