MiniLista
Simple lists, not tasks
Free · In‑App Purchases
The simplest way to keep lists on iPhone and iPad — shopping, packing, anything. Fast like Notes, focused like nothing else. Now with iCloud sync and Family Sharing.
If Apple Notes is too much and Reminders is the wrong tool, MiniLista is the app in between. It does one thing: lists. Shopping, packing, interview questions, monthly bills — anything you want to keep in order, without the overhead of a task manager.
No due dates. No priorities. No notifications. Just fast, focused lists that feel like typing in Notes — tap to add, tap to edit, drag to reorder.
DESIGNED FOR iPHONE AND iPAD
A split-view layout keeps every list one tap away in the sidebar, with the selected list open beside it. On iPad, the sidebar scales to the screen and hardware-keyboard shortcuts (⌘N, ⌘↩, and more) keep your hands on the keys.
BUILT FOR SPEED
• Create a list with a single tap — no menus, no save buttons
• Add and edit items inline — tap the text and type
• Drag to reorder lists and items
• Delete with a swipe; undo a deleted list from the toast
• 16 hand-picked colors and four bullet styles (none, numbered, bullet, dash)
• Copy any list or share it straight to Messages, Mail, WhatsApp, and more
• Dark mode by default, light mode when you want it
FREE
• Up to 10 lists, 30 items each
• Copy and share as plain text
• Light and Dark themes
PREMIUM
• Unlimited lists and items
• iCloud sync across all your devices
• Copy and share as Markdown or CSV
• Custom list colors — pick any color per list
• Five extra themes, each with its own accent
Premium is an annual subscription with a 7-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase. One purchase covers your whole family — up to six people — through Family Sharing.
MiniLista collects nothing about you. Free lists stay on your device; Premium syncs through your own private iCloud, which even we can't see. No analytics, no ads, no tracking.
MiniLista Premium is an auto-renewable subscription: $9.99/year, with a 7-day free trial. A one-time lifetime purchase ($24.99) is also available.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
