Your Apple Watch collects the data. BiomarkersIQ helps you understand it—revealing trends, patterns, and context across your health over time.
BiomarkersIQ reads the measurements you already record and tells you what changed.
Every week, when the week closes, it writes you a report: what moved, what sat where it usually sits, and which days stood out. Every month, a longer one that reads the whole month together.
It compares you against you. Nothing is combined into a single number, and nothing is ranked against anybody else — the only baseline is your own history.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
It does not diagnose or treat. It does not judge a measurement, and it does not tell you what happens next. It describes what your measurements did over periods that have finished, and leaves the meaning to you and your doctor.
YOUR DATA
Every reading and every value computed from it is stored on your phone and nowhere else. Sending findings to an AI model for better wording is optional, off until you turn it on, and shows you exactly what would be sent before you decide.
SUBSCRIPTION
BiomarkersIQ requires a subscription, monthly or annual. A free trial may be offered when you subscribe, depending on what Apple has already given your Apple Account.
A subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in Settings, under your Apple Account, or from Manage subscription in the app.

BiomarkersIQ now supports additional Apple Health data including respiratory rate, VO₂ max, lean body mass, and dietary protein.
Sleep now includes clearer timing and stage details, while Body and other measurements show when your latest reading was recorded.
We’ve also improved how health metrics are selected and displayed throughout the app, along with smaller fixes and refinements across the experience.
