Sincely answers exactly that one question. Rotate the mattress, deworm the cat, test the smoke detector, call your mother-in-law – one tap logs the moment, and the app shows you plainly: "12 days ago."
This is not a to-do app. No streaks, no points, no guilt. The number is the hero – not a red due date screaming at you. Green is the normal state. Red is rare and stays calm.
