DreamKnock turns your Apple Watch into a lucid-dreaming trainer. While you sleep, the DreamSense™ engine reads your heart-rate dynamics and wrist stillness to sense when you're dreaming — then plays a gentle, distinctive haptic rhythm, soft enough not to wake you. Trained by day, that rhythm means exactly one thing inside a dream: this is a dream.

• Adaptive backoff: if a cue wakes you, the next one waits twice as long; three awakenings stop cues for the night
