You don't need to be a writer. You just need to write. Pick up a pen and put down whatever is on your mind, a good day, a bad one, something you can't stop thinking about. The diary reads it in its own quiet way, and answers you on the same page, in ink. It doesn't give advice or lectures. It just answers.
The ink fades when the night ends, and the page is blank again, ready for whatever comes next.
The diary remembers the things that matter to you, a name, a plan, a worry that keeps circling back, and brings them up again on later nights, gently. If you want it to forget something, you can tell it. It will.
There's no account to make and nothing to sign up for. You can write without a name, and you can erase everything, completely, whenever you like.
