Undone is a lightweight menu bar to-do and reminders app for Mac. It connects directly to Apple Reminders, so you can view, add, and organize tasks without leaving your current workflow.
Open the menu bar panel to see unfinished items, sort tasks by list, and quickly add new to-dos, tasks, or checklists with dates, times, and deadlines. Switch to the four-quadrant view to group work by urgency and importance—important and urgent, important but not urgent, urgent but not important, and neither—so you can plan with more focus.
Undone stays light in the menu bar with no heavy project-management overhead and no extra account. Reminders are read and written through macOS permissions on your device, ideal if you want desktop task management, notes, and checklists to stay in the system you already use.
