Open Unpack, talk for a few minutes, and it turns what you said into a reflection you can come back to: the themes that came up, what you want to remember, what you said you'd try, questions for next time, and the key moments you can tap to hear again.

Your voice, your transcript, and your reflections never leave your iPhone. There is no account, no email, no cloud, and nothing about you is measured or sent anywhere. Turn on Airplane Mode and Unpack still works — that's the proof a privacy label can't fake. Our App Store privacy card reads "Data Not Collected," and it's honest: everything is transcribed and organized right on your device.
Two honest notes. The first time your iPhone sets up on-device transcription, it may download Apple's language files so it can run offline afterward — that's Apple, and none of your words are sent. And purchases go through Apple's App Store, so we never see your payment details.

REQUIREMENTS
Requires iOS 26. Structured reflections are enhanced on devices that support Apple Intelligence; on every other device a built-in organizer does the same job on-device — with no nagging about what your phone doesn't have.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you buy the annual subscription.
