Tipulim is the clinic management app for the whole clinic team, for clinics on the tipulim.app platform in Israel. The app's interface is in Hebrew.
A clinic isn't run by one person. The app has two kinds of users, each with their own account and permissions:
• Practitioner – full access: calendar, patients, medical records, bookkeeping and clinic settings.
• Receptionist – manages the calendar, books and reschedules appointments, patient contact details, inquiries and payments. No access to medical files or clinical records.
The clinic owner invites staff by email and can remove access at any time.
What's in the app:
• Calendar – day and week views, with busy days marked.
• Appointment approval – a "pending approval" inbox with one-tap approval.
• Appointment management – create, reschedule, cancel, mark as completed or no-show.
• Patients – search, contact details, treatment packages, payments and invoices.
• Medical records – SOAP notes and voice recording with automatic transcription and summary (practitioners only).
• Clinic management – appointment types, locations, business hours and bookkeeping.
• Public website – edit content, design, logo and photo gallery.
• Smart AI booking assistant and marketing campaigns.
• Face ID / fingerprint app lock to protect medical information.
• Call or text a patient with one tap.
Designed for clinics on the Tipulim platform (tipulim.app). Sign-in requires an existing practitioner or receptionist account.
