Senru is a to-do app that sorts itself by deadline. No folders, no priorities, no reordering. Type a task in one line and it lands at its deadline on a single timeline. Only tasks due within 12 hours take on color — so the moment you open Senru, you know what needs you now.
WRITE IT IN ONE LINE
Type "review proposal 3pm tomorrow" and the deadline is tomorrow at 3 PM. "Take out the trash every Monday" becomes a weekly repeat. Dates, times, and repeats are read on your device, and you can check the result before the task lands. English and Japanese both work, just as you write them.
START WITH WHAT'S RED
Only tasks due within 12 hours take on color. They shift from amber to red as the deadline nears, and the most urgent ones pulse. Everything further out stays neutral, so your next move is obvious at a glance.
QUIET UNTIL IT'S CLOSE

READING THE TIMELINE
The middle of the screen is now. The further up, the further ahead; below the middle is what's done. Distant tasks are grouped and kept small, then open one by one as you scroll closer, with date markers showing which day you're looking at. Tasks without a date wait at the very top as "someday" — drag one onto the timeline once it has a date. Long-press and drag any task to reschedule it.
PREFER A LIST? IT'S RIGHT THERE
The same tasks read as a plain list, nearest first: Soon, Today, Tomorrow, and on. Search covers completed tasks and the trash too, and you can complete, reschedule, or restore right from the results. The list gives you every action, so Senru works fully with VoiceOver.

Every task-management feature is free. There are no ads and no account to create. Dates are read on your device, not on a server, and nothing is tracked. Your tasks stay on your device and in your private iCloud database.

Ratings & Reviews

New Features:
- Repeats can now start on a date you choose: "water plants every day from Nov 1", "jog every Monday starting next week".
- When you add a task with Siri, the result now tells you the repeat it set. If a repeat can't be read, the capture preview and Siri say so.
- Japanese input now reads more expressions, such as 毎週末 (every weekend), 再来週末, and 再来月末.
Bug Fixes:
- Writing only a time or only a day, such as "wake up 7am" late in the evening, no longer creates a task that is already overdue.
- "next month" now moves to the same day next month instead of 30 days ahead.
- Task titles no longer keep stray words such as "from" next to a date, or lose their first word.
- When changing the deadline of an overdue task, the calendar now opens at today instead of a past month.
