FOR VENUES Manage your own courts directly from your booking grid: mark a slot as Open Play, Reserved, On Hold or Closed, and players see it straight away. Running your own Open Play at the venue? Label the slot and players are told to come register as a walk-in. Close a specific date for a holiday or tournament, or switch off the rest of today when something comes up — and if bookings already exist on that date, we'll tell you before anything changes. Set your own cancellation window, and fix an issue where a day you'd marked closed could still be booked. PAYMENTS, TIGHTENED Your booking total is now always calculated before you reach checkout, so the price you see is the price you pay. Online payments retry automatically if our payment provider is briefly unreachable, and your activity feed now posts a booking once it's actually paid — not the moment you start checkout. Venues: a booking that hasn't been paid can no longer be closed out without recording how it was settled, so cash taken at the counter always lands in your earnings.
