Your training history, the gyms you visit, and a coach that knows both. Local-first, so it works with no signal.
GymLog is a workout tracker built around the two things other apps forget: the gym you are actually in, and the machine you are actually on.
LOG A WORKOUT IN SECONDS
• Start from a template or an empty session. Sets, reps and weight take one tap each.
• The suggested weight follows this session, not last week. Finish a set heavier and the next set updates.
• Plate math for every bar, per gym. Tell GymLog what plates your gym has and it shows you exactly what to load, per side.
• Guided mode walks you through a routine set by set with rest timers.
THE MACHINE YOU ACTUALLY USED
• A catalog of 568 machines from Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Matrix, Cybex, Hoist, Precor, Nautilus, Technogym and Arsenal Strength, with real weight stacks and add-on increments checked against manufacturer spec sheets.
• Attach a specific machine to an exercise and its numbers stay separate from the cable version at your other gym.
• Add your own equipment when the catalog does not have it.
YOUR GYMS
• Pick a gym from search and it's linked to that place, with its address and hours. Or just give a gym a name, with no address at all.
• Turn on Auto-tag and workouts are matched to the gym you trained at. Location is used only during a workout and stays on your phone.
• Rate and review every gym you visit. Set up each gym once: its plates, its machines, its quirks.
SEE PROGRESS
• Per-exercise charts, personal records, volume, and a training heatmap for the year.
• Share any chart as an image.
• Connect Apple Health to see your steps, body weight and other apps' workouts in Stats (read live, never stored), and save your GymLog workouts to Apple Health.
FRIENDS
• Follow friends, react to and comment on their workouts, and see where they train.
• Share as much or as little as you like. Sharing is off until you turn it on.
GYMLOG PRO (optional subscription)
• AI Coach: builds routines, picks today's session from your history, and answers "what's next?" mid-workout. Your full history never leaves your phone; the coach sees only a compact summary.
• Import your lifting history from Caliber or MacroFactor.
• No ads.
LOCAL-FIRST
Everything you log is stored on your phone and works offline. An account is optional; you need one only for friends, cloud backup and Pro.
GymLog Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings.
GymLog is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Training suggestions are not medical advice; consult a healthcare professional before starting a new program.

Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
• Faster, more reliable sync between your devices. Workouts merge set by set, and changes you make offline upload when you're back online.
• A new profile: your counts, Edit and Share profile, and your workouts and gyms in tabs. Friends' profiles show what they share.
• A cleaner workout overview: every exercise on one line, with an edit mode to reorder them and make supersets. Notes, photos and your gym sit under Details, and the timer, Coach and Finish stay in reach.
• Exercise search finds alternate names and typos, and suggests "Did you mean".
• Exercises now use the names people use at the gym.
• GymLog is for adults 18 and over. You'll be asked to accept the updated Terms once.
• Fixes: a crash in live workouts on iPhone, gym ratings not posting, the feed not refreshing, and more.
