Tímabox is a simple, fast time-tracking system built for Icelandic companies — now also as a phone app.
Clock in and out in seconds, wherever you are. Whether you're on a job site, at a client's location, or in the office, Tímabox is always at hand.
KEY FEATURES
Time clock
Clock in and out with a single tap. Watch the timer run in real time and take a break whenever you need to.
GPS location
Automatically records where you clocked in and out. Gives companies with work across multiple locations a clear overview — and it's always optional.
Project tracking
Pick a project when you clock in or out so your hours land in the right place automatically.
AI receipt scanner
Snap a photo of a receipt and let Tímabox read the details automatically — amount, vendor, and items. Less manual work, fewer mistakes.
Photos at clock in/out
Document work progress with photos taken when you clock in or out.
Works offline
Clock in and out even when your connection drops — Tímabox syncs automatically as soon as you're back online.
Notifications
Get reminded when something needs to be finished or confirmed.
Tímabox is built for Icelandic businesses and works well for companies in construction, services, and contracting where staff work across more than one location.
To use the app you need an account provided by a company that uses Tímabox. Visit timabox.is to learn more or to sign your company up.
