Heat, then cold — the oldest recovery ritual, finally tracked properly. Floe times your sauna rounds and your cold plunge, keeps your weekly streak and writes every session to Apple Health as a workout. No account, no feed, no subscription required: pay once and it's yours.
YOUR PHONE STAYS OUTSIDE
Start the timer, leave the phone on the bench. Floe keeps time on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, nudges you when a round ends, and picks up exactly where it was if the app gets closed.

Floe is a one-time purchase or an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 h before the period ends. Manage in Settings.
