The concept is clean and intuitive — but don't let that fool you:
- Hunt the Thieves (Stage 1): The board is divided into colored zones. Place exactly one thief in each zone.
- No Two Thieves Adjacent: Every criminal needs their own turf! Thieves cannot share the same row, column, or even touch each other diagonally.
- Send in the Cops (Stage 2): Using the exact same grid, now place the police to intercept every thief. Same rules. Higher stakes.
- Every Move Counts: You get 3 lives per stage. No guessing — every placement must be logically earned!
