Group steps into blocks that repeat ("3 rounds") or mirror left to right, and the whole flow expands automatically. Every step carries its own time and spring setting. PRESS PLAY AND FLOW A full-screen card shows the pose, the springs to set, which side you're on, and a big countdown. Gentle chimes and haptics mark each change, and the next exercise - springs included - is always visible so you're never caught mid-change. Your own music keeps playing underneath. NO JARGON Every exercise has a plain-English cue ("Hands on the bar, heels heavy, push the carriage back with hips high"). Filter by level, body area, or equipment. Made for people who do pilates, not people who teach it. KNOW YOUR WEEK The journal tracks sessions, minutes and your day streak, and a balance chart shows where your time went - legs, core, glutes, arms, back, mobility - with a gentle nudge about what you've been skipping.
