Perch requires the Perch macOS app. It is a companion, not a standalone app — without a Mac running Perch, there is nothing to show. Perch watches every coding agent running on your Mac — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Devin, OpenCode, Amp and Antigravity CLI — and tells you which ones are working, which are idle, and which are waiting on you. KNOW WHEN YOU'RE NEEDED Notifications and Live Activities when an agent finishes or stops to ask a question — so you can leave your desk without losing the thread. APPROVE FROM ANYWHERE When an agent asks permission to run a command, approve or deny it from your phone or Apple Watch. YOUR MAC TALKS TO YOUR PHONE DIRECTLY Over your local network or Tailscale — no relay, no third-party server, no account. Your session data doesn't pass through anyone else's infrastructure. Requires the free Perch app for macOS, available at perch.run. Perch Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Answer permission requests right from the notification. When an agent asks to run a tool, the alert now carries Allow and Deny buttons — Allow asks for Face ID first, then the app connects to your Mac and delivers the decision, confirming on screen. If your Mac can't be reached or the window already closed, it says so plainly. Requires Perch for Mac 0.5.59 or later.
