Add a task when it comes to mind. Keep it in Inbox, plan it for a day, or change the plan later without losing the responsibility.
Plan time separately
Tasks are things you’re responsible for. Schedule blocks are time you’ve reserved.
A block ending doesn’t mean the task was completed. LifeOS keeps the plan and what actually happened separate.
Replan without losing context
Plans change. Move a task to tomorrow, another day, or back to Inbox while keeping the task itself intact.
Track what actually happened
Complete, miss, or skip tasks explicitly. Timeline keeps that history so you can look back at reality instead of reconstructing it from an old plan.
