Then your brain hands you a grocery item, a half memory, a brilliant idea for a different project. Attend to it and your focus is gone. Ignore it and it keeps knocking. Kistle gives that thought a place to go. Press Cmd Shift Space, type it, hit Enter. The bar disappears and you are back where you were, about half a second later. The thought waits in the Box. Later, when you have a minute, you empty the Box. Do it now, park it for today, or drop it. Pick one task, start a gentle timer, finish it. Watch the day close its loop in Done.
