NGL ShopMate® is a cross-platform mobile application that provides a secure, self-service digital interface for managing systematic maintenance inspections, servicing, and repairs to keep commercial vehicles and fleets safe and operational. The app provides a digital dashboard for managing ore responsibilities that include routine preventive maintenance services such as oil and fluid changes, lubrication, filter replacement, tire inspections, brake servicing, suspension maintenance, and manufacturer-recommended service intervals. NGL ShopMate® augments the notification and status of vehicles resulting from technicians results of computerized diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic system faults across tractors, trailers, and auxiliary equipment. Managing fleet vehicle maintenance can be challenging. Downtime disrupts operations, repair costs escalate, and finding reliable fleet maintenance services is tougher than ever. Transportation operations with an in-house vehicle repair shop serves as the primary maintenance and fleet readiness center responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of all company-owned vehicles, trailers, and material handling equipment. NGL ShopMate® augments maintenance service processes by providing a mobile platform for informing operators of the operational health status of vehicles, recalling vehicles back for maintenance, and assigning applicable electronic devices such as Electronic Logging Devices, security sensors, and cameras. NGL ShopMate® also notifies dispatchers and load masters of vehicle availability, ensuring that vehicles identified for freight delivery are compliant with USDoT or other authorized regulations. The facility performs preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, inspections, and asset management activities that maximize fleet availability while minimizing downtime and operating costs. NGL ShopMate® is generally used in conjunction with NGL SafetyLane® to ensure regulatory compliance, the shop conducts pre-trip, post-trip, annual, and Department of Transportation (DOT) inspections while maintaining detailed maintenance records and service histories for each fleet asset. Technicians verify compliance with federal, state, and customer-specific safety requirements, including brake standards, tire regulations, emissions requirements, and hazardous materials transportation standards where applicable. In addition to supporting operational readiness, NGL ShopMate® is an auxiliary digital platform for assisting the in-house repair shop contributions to fleet lifecycle management by monitoring vehicle performance, tracking maintenance costs, identifying recurring equipment issues, recommending asset replacement schedules, and implementing reliability improvement initiatives.
