Try Mission Fuel Pro before you buy: eligible pilots now receive three free uses each of Continue to Monitor, Mission Fuel Planning, IFR Climb, and FAF to MAP. Mission Fuel is a fast, no-frills fuel-management tool for pilots who need reliable numbers in the cockpit—not a cluttered flight-planning suite. Originally designed around the needs of military rotary-wing aircrew, it works equally well for fixed-wing and helicopter pilots who want a clear picture of their fuel state. FUEL CHECK Start the timer with your current fuel load and check in throughout the mission. Mission Fuel calculates your cumulative average burn rate, projected burnout time, and estimated time to VFR and IFR reserves. View times in local or Zulu time, set a bingo fuel threshold, and receive a clear visual warning when you reach it. Enable Precise Fuel Calculations when you want one-pound fuel increments instead of five-pound increments. FUEL CONVERSION Quickly convert between pounds and gallons using the standard Jet A conversion of 6.7 pounds per gallon. MISSION FUEL PRO Unlock four advanced cockpit and planning tools with one optional, one-time purchase: CONTINUE TO MONITOR See how much fuel was burned between checks and project your fuel state 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes ahead based on your current burn rate. MISSION FUEL PLANNING Enter your planned mission time—or use Syllabus Mode for tenths-of-an-hour training blocks—and your expected burn rate. Calculate the fuel required for the mission, including VFR or IFR reserve options. IFR CLIMB PERFORMANCE Enter climb speed and required climb gradient to calculate the required rate of climb in feet per minute—quick math for briefings and departure planning. FAF TO MAP TIMER Enter the FAF-to-MAP distance and groundspeed to calculate the required approach time. Start the oversized countdown at the final approach fix and receive a clear red Missed Approach Point indication when time expires. SHARED FUEL CHECK Start a fuel check and let nearby crewmembers join, submit readings, and stay synchronized without internet or cellular service. BUILT FOR HOW YOU ACTUALLY FLY - Switch between pounds and gallons throughout the app - Track external-tank fuel separately from main-tank fuel - Set optional reminders at your preferred fuel-check intervals - Use larger cockpit-friendly navigation targets that retain their position on smaller screens - Keep every number on your device—no accounts or cloud sync - Use a clean, high-contrast interface designed for cockpit readability Mission Fuel is an independent planning aid. It is not affiliated with any aircraft manufacturer or government agency and does not replace an approved flight manual, unit standard operating procedures, governing publications, or official flight-planning tools. Always independently verify fuel and performance calculations before flight. No ads. No subscriptions. No data collection. Optional one-time Mission Fuel Pro purchase.

Continue to monitor page is extremely helpful with no extra work to use. Great having the VFR/IFR reserve in a local time instead of HH+MM format.

Improved Mission Fuel Pro trial access. Eligible pilots now receive three free uses of each advanced calculation feature—Continue to Monitor, Mission Fuel Planning, IFR Climb, and FAF to MAP—before purchasing. This update also improves paywall reliability so trial access is available even if the App Store connection is still loading. Existing Pro purchases and legacy access remain unchanged. Shared Fuel Check remains available to Pro members.
