A maintenance release. • If you have been using LCD-84 for a while, the iPhone app will now ask once whether you would like to rate it on the App Store. Once, per update — and never on the watch. Nothing else changed. The watch app is identical to 1.10.

New in 1.10 • CONVERTER, REBUILT (Pro) — the calculator's converter no longer makes you press a key over and over to reach the conversion you want. CONV opens a list: turn the Crown to scroll, tap to pick. Every conversion is listed in both directions, so AUD→USD and USD→AUD are separate entries and there is no direction key to remember. • TWO MORE CURRENCIES — Australian and New Zealand dollars join the US dollar, euro, yen and pound. Daily European Central Bank rates, cached on the watch so they keep working with no signal. • SEE WHAT YOU CONVERTED — the screen shows the conversion on two lines now: what you typed above, the result below, each labelled with its own currency or unit. No more wondering which way round a bare number was. • The converter key reads CONV instead of CV, and while you are converting the 2nd key becomes CUR so reopening the list is a single tap. • Fixed — typing a digit straight after a conversion added it onto the result instead of starting a fresh number. • Fixed — changing your home currency could crash the app the next time you opened the converter.

New in 1.9 • VINTAGE face (Pro) — a new face built after the classic black-faceplate digital watch: a black plate running edge to edge inside a themed metal border, a fine gold pinstripe, printed ALARM CHRONO and WATER RESIST markings, and a blue EL BACKLIGHT bar. The catalog is now 22 faces. • VINTAGE STEEL theme (free) — a silver steel case paired with a new blue-tinted LCD. The blue screen is also selectable on its own, so any face can wear it. • CROWN VIEWS on Vintage (Pro) — turn the Digital Crown to move the LCD between Time, Dual Zone and Timer, and choose what the two status slots show — day, date, steps, heart rate, weather, sunrise, battery and more. • SET THE TIMER ON YOUR WRIST — countdown length is no longer an iPhone-only setting. Long-press the LCD, the digits blink, and the Crown sets 1 to 99 minutes; long-press again to lock it in. • Changed — the Classic face sets its Timer length the same new way. Long-press to set it instead of turning the Crown, which now steps through Timer sub-modes just as it does in every other mode.

New in 1.8 • NUMBER INVADERS (Pro) — the 1980 calculator-game classic as a new game face: digits march across the LCD toward your gun, the Digital Crown aims (0–9 and the "n" mothership), tap fires. Nine speed levels, three lives, beat your HI score. The catalog is now 21 faces. • CONVERTER (Pro) — a CV key on the calculator's 2nd layer turns it into a converter: km↔mi, cm↔in, kg↔lb, °C↔°F, L↔gal, plus your home currency against USD, EUR, JPY and GBP with daily exchange rates that keep working offline. • CASE MATERIALS & KEY STYLES (Pro) — dress any face in brushed steel, matte resin or gloss plastic, and pick the calculator's key caps: square rubber, round dome, flat membrane, metal, or two-tone hinged keys. • WEATHER BLOCKS (free) — High/Low, Rain %, Humidity and Wind join the display blocks, riding the same single keyless weather lookup — and all four join the watch complication's data picker too. • Fixes — settings changes from the iPhone no longer quietly close the watch app, and calculator keys respond across their full touch area.

New in 1.7 • Five new Pro faces — Square (rugged 80s square digital), Flip Clock (split-flap tiles that fold over as the time changes), Terminal (green-phosphor console — turn the Crown for pages of time, health and weather stats), Moon & Sun (moon phase and a sunrise-to-sunset arc — scrub days ahead with the Crown) and Nixie (glowing tube digits). The catalog is now 20 faces. • Stopwatch laps — the Classic face's stopwatch now keeps a lap list; scroll the whole history with the Digital Crown. • Calculator tape — browsing results with the Crown unrolls a multi-line paper-style tape across the LCD. • Faces gallery — the iPhone Faces tab is now a grid with drag-to-reorder, and your watch swipes follow your order.

New in 1.6 • Per-face colors — give every watch face its own case, LCD and digit colors. Or turn on "Use one color scheme for all faces" in Customize to theme them all together. • Four new presets — Field (olive), All-Black (red LCD digits), Two-Tone (silver + gold) and Steel Blue join the preset grid. • New Pro face — Activity: your Move, Exercise and Stand rings in the LCD-84 look, framing a big retro clock. • Fixes — the backlight no longer washes out the Stealth (negative) display, and a rare crash when switching to the analog face is fixed.

New Pro watch complication — put dual time, tide, steps, heart rate or weather right on your regular watch face, in the LCD-84 look. The Voyager face can now show up to four complications, or none for a bigger clock. Twin Graph step counts are more reliable, and there are the usual under-the-hood fixes.
