Parquet is event layout software built for hotel sales & catering. Sketch a ballroom, drop in tables, and send a clean, professional floor diagram with your BEO — in minutes, not an afternoon. Drag any table from the library and the chairs fan in on their own. Change a 10-top to an 8-top and the seating chart, inventory, and guest-count gauge all update instantly. A live "seated vs. expected" counter tells you at a glance when the room covers your guarantee. BUILT ON REAL HOSPITALITY SPECS 60″, 66″ and 72″ rounds, 6′ and 8′ banquets, classroom, cocktail highboys, sweetheart and head tables, theater rows, boardroom, and U-shape — plus dance floors in 3′×3′ sections, stage risers, bars, buffets, cake and gift tables, DJ booth, grand piano, projector, screen, speakers, and uplights. DRAW THE ROOM ONCE, REUSE IT FOREVER Place doors where they exist (they snap flush to the wall and swing into the room), run airwalls where the track divides your ballroom into salons, then save the bare shell as a room preset. Every new event starts from your actual space. DRAFTING-TABLE PRECISION, WITHOUT THE DRAFTING A 6″ grid with smart alignment guides keeps rows crisp. Rotate with 15° detents, duplicate a table with a drag, nudge with arrow keys, select a whole section and set every round to 6 or 10 covers in one step. Grab any single chair and move it wherever the room demands. Full undo, always. PRESENT AND DELIVER Flip to Perspective view to walk a client through the room, then export a polished PNG with an architectural title block — event name, venue, date, seats, tables, and expected count — ready to attach to the BEO or drop into the proposal. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Parquet runs entirely on your Mac. No account, no subscription, no cloud, no data collected — your layouts save as files you own. Made for DOSMs, catering sales managers, event coordinators, banquet captains, and venues of every size — from the boardroom lunch to the 500-cover gala.
