Sorts of type fall into the galley. Slide and rotate them, fill a line, and it clears. But the compositor's real prize is a SET LINE: complete a line that spells a word and it flushes to letterpress red, worth far more than a plain clear. Stack too high and the forme jams — OVERSET.
The falling-block classic, re-voiced as typesetting. The word is the score.
• THE NOKIA LOOP — discrete grid, one thumb, instant retry under a second. Speed is a POINT SIZE you pick before the run, never a difficulty that sneaks up on you.
• THE WORD IS THE SCORE — clear a line by filling it, or by spelling a word inside it. Longer, rarer words are worth far more, and your best word is what the game remembers.
• TYPOGRAPHY IS THE GAME — every letter, rule, and mark is set type, not a picture. Zero image assets. Pick your face from THE SPECIMEN BOOK; earn new ones just by playing.
• FIVE WRITING SYSTEMS — Latin, Roman, Cyrillic, Greek, and Hebrew (right-to-left), each with its own case of sorts, its own words, and its own cultural typeface — Frank Rühl for Hebrew, a didone for Greek, a Slavonic hand for Cyrillic.
• EDITIONS — warm INK paper, a comfortable NIGHT mode (dark is never paywalled), and an earned PHOSPHOR terminal edition with a faint rain of type.
