Talk to a coach before you commit. A join request now opens a chat where you can message, share photos and fill in their forms — and you can apply to several coaches at once.
Coaches: build intake forms and send them in chat. Plan creation is now step by step, with a cycle that repeats, rest timers between sets, one-tap plan duplication and a live calorie total.
Also: delete messages, pinch to zoom photos, a setup checklist for new coaches, and Back now returns where you expect.
