New Features Data Archive Hide historical records without deleting them. Select a month and archive everything before it — transactions, meetings, reports, and more disappear from all views until you unarchive. Your data is safe and fully restorable at any time from Settings → Data Archive. Operations: Expenses Overview A new Expenses section in Operations gives you a complete view of all expenses across every project — plus unassigned expenses. Filter by category, group by project or expense type, and search across all records at a glance. Assign Assets from Stock When adding an asset to a project, choose between creating a new asset or assigning existing stock. Select how many units to pull from unassigned inventory — the stock count updates automatically. Assign Existing Internet Lines to Projects Internet lines can now be pulled from your unassigned pool and assigned directly to a project. The line status updates to Active automatically upon assignment. Comprehensive Per-Project Reports Project PDF reports now include a full financial breakdown: income by type, expenses by category, partner ownership and dividend history, and a complete asset inventory — all in one report per project. Improvements Backup Always Succeeds "Backup Now" no longer fails when iCloud Drive is unavailable. The app automatically saves to local storage as a fallback and tells you exactly where your backup was saved. Partners: Managed Through Projects Partners are now exclusively added through the project they belong to, keeping partner data clean and project-linked. The Partners section in Operations remains a read-only directory of all partners. Full Edit & Delete for Lending & Borrowing Every lending and borrowing record — including individual payments — can now be edited or deleted. Swipe to delete payments; tap Edit to update record details at any time. Archive Filter Across All Views The archive cutoff date now consistently filters Finance, Meetings, Monthly Closing, Lending, and Borrowing — not just one section. iCloud Sync Moved to Data Management The Cloud & Sync panel has been consolidated under Settings → Data Management for a cleaner settings layout. Backup Includes Internet Line Status Backup files now capture and restore the account status of each internet line, so assigned/spare status is preserved across restores.
