Record the visit with everyone's permission. Audio stays on your phone. Share the summary only with the people you trust - your CareTeam - to keep everyone in the loop. BastCare helps you and your CareTeam - a caregiver, family member, or other trusted person you choose - stay on the same page after every medical visit. Instead of digging through lab results, printed after-visit summaries, and portal messages to piece together what happened. BastCare gives you a clear, plain-language summary of the visit. That's the gap BastCare fills. Whether you're managing your own care, supporting a parent, or coordinating with siblings across the country, BastCare keeps everyone informed and confident - so nothing important falls through the cracks, and no one has to rely on memory alone. No more scrambling to recall what the doctor said, or worrying you missed something important. With everyone's permission, BastCare records the conversation and turns it into that summary, so you can be fully present during the visit instead of taking notes. Your audio stays on your phone and turns int0 text right there on your device, using Apple's speech recognition. Identifying details are temporarily hidden, then the text is sent securely to create your summary - nothing is saved or logged. Your summary stays on your phone once it's ready; the audio recording and full transcript are then deleted. Your Privacy, Your Choice. Your summary stays private unless you choose to share it. From My Visits, you can preview it, share it with your CareTeam, or stop sharing at any time. For example: after Mom's cardiology appointment, she shares her summary with her daughter and son, who are both on her CareTeam. They can see the doctor's exact recommendation about a new supplement, plus next steps - without her having to repeat it or dig through the portal herself. BastCare is an organization and communication tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not diagnose, treat, monitor, predict, or recommend care. Confirm medical questions with a qualified health professional. Do not use BastCare for emergencies.

Recording that doesn't quit on you Lock your screen, switch apps, take a call. The recording keeps going and picks back up where it left off. Every visit gets a title No more scrolling a list of identical timestamps trying to remember which one was the wound check. Tap any title to rename it. Visits grouped by month With the day of the week next to the time, because "Tuesday" is how you remember it. PDF exports you can read first Tap Export PDF and the summary opens up so you can look it over before deciding whether to share. The visit title is in the file name now, and every export ends with a plain note about how the summary was made and what it can't do. Fixes The microphone permission request could get skipped in one case. Fixed. Also killed a flicker when a recording starts.
