Keep your visit transcript on your iPhone. Download a copy or use it to create a new summary. Review the new summary before saving it, then share again to update your CareTeam. This update also improves recovery after interrupted recordings, makes visit deletion clearer, and simplifies the app’s text and buttons.

Phone calls no longer cost you your recording If a call comes in while you are recording a visit, BastCare now shows PAUSED, keeps everything you recorded so far, and picks up again when the call ends. The timer no longer jumps back to zero, and your summary includes what was said before and after the call. Shared with Me Visits shared with you show their real titles again instead of "Visit". If BastCare cannot refresh your shared visits, the message now includes a short support code you can send us. Invite your CareTeam by email or text When you add someone to your CareTeam, you can now invite them by email as well as by text message. BastCare asks which one you want when a person has both. Large text The largest text sizes now fit on screen without hiding buttons. Staying signed in Updating BastCare while your iPhone is locked no longer signs you out.

Fixes an issue that prevented Sign in with Apple from completing for new and returning users.

BastCare 1.0.3 makes visit recording and recovery more dependable. Interrupted recordings remain protected on your iPhone, and Try Again can resume processing from saved audio. Visit details now show recording start, end, and duration, with Summary, Words, and Key Points organized consistently in the app and PDFs. This update also adds in-app Help & Support and introduces BastCare Plus after the first two recorded hours.

Recording that doesn't quit on you Lock your screen, switch apps, take a call. The recording keeps going and picks back up where it left off. Every visit gets a title No more scrolling a list of identical timestamps trying to remember which one was the wound check. Tap any title to rename it. Visits grouped by month With the day of the week next to the time, because "Tuesday" is how you remember it. PDF exports you can read first Tap Export PDF and the summary opens up so you can look it over before deciding whether to share. The visit title is in the file name now, and every export ends with a plain note about how the summary was made and what it can't do. Fixes The microphone permission request could get skipped in one case. Fixed. Also killed a flicker when a recording starts.
