Bug fixes and usability improvements

• iPad: no more sidebar — Story, Cast & Set, Scenes and Edit sit in a tab bar at the bottom, in portrait and landscape • A wider shot panel next to the preview, so long prompts fit • The play button now sits right above the timeline cursor • Take picker floats over the image and appears on tap or Apple Pencil hover • The current shot and timecode show under the project name • Fixed: picking a take could leave the preview showing an older image

• Generate just the shot you're on, its scene, or the whole project, and watch each shot's progress on its own card • Smoother preview: video takes play back at full speed, with 5-second skip and per-shot clip mute • Take history for every shot, plus project archiving • Start a project from a blank canvas, and set exactly how long a shot or scene runs • New Theme picker in Settings → Appearance • A short walkthrough video for first-time users • iPad: scrub the timeline with a trackpad or Apple Pencil • The screen stays awake during on-device renders, and cloud renders show their queue wait • Sync and reliability fixes, including audio that kept playing after switching tabs
