Lattice Utility Intelligence
Pole inspections & joint use
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Lattice is the field companion for electric utility inspection crews — built by Nexus Utility Services, the team that performs multi-discipline utility inspections every day.
Work fully offline at the pole. Everything you capture syncs automatically when you're back in coverage.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
- See your assigned inspection projects and joint use applications the moment you open the app
- Navigate to any asset on an interactive offline-capable map
- Run inspections with forms purpose-built for each discipline: Visual, Test & Treat, NESC, Vegetation, and Thermal
- Capture geo-tagged photos that stay attached to the exact pole, inspection, and finding they document
- Trust the sync: an on-device queue holds every change until it reaches the office, with sync status always visible
WHY CREWS USE IT
Every photo, finding, and status change becomes part of a connected record — from the inspection that found an issue to the repair that fixed it. Your field evidence is the ground truth the whole utility runs on.
Lattice requires a Lattice account provisioned by your organization. Contact Nexus Utility Services to get your utility on board.

Improved syncing for teams: map pins now refresh automatically when new inspections sync in, and photos taken in the field stay attached to the correct inspection across devices. Also includes general UI polish and stability fixes throughout the app.
