Fairer trader listings: the order of businesses on each beach now changes daily, so no one keeps a permanent top spot. Businesses with a Beach Boost appear first, with a star. Now designed for iPad — the app runs full-screen on iPad rather than in a scaled-up iPhone window, with the layout tuned so it reads properly on a larger display. Also in this update: • Traders can add a logo and photos from the app, uploaded properly rather than embedded in the listing, so listings load faster. • The listing editor now warns you before you leave with unsaved changes, and shows a live preview of your listing as you type. • Improved security checks on app requests. • Various fixes and refinements.

Beach safety fix: a missing wind reading could make an exposed beach look sheltered. Wind is now checked properly, and we'd rather show nothing than guess. Daily beach notifications — a morning briefing when it's a good beach day, plus tide-safety, activity-window and rain-clearing alerts. Turn them on in More. Easier to read in bright sunlight: text and colour contrast reworked throughout for light mode. Food trucks and traders can now set their pitch on a full-screen map, and listings update the moment they change them.
