EGK Test Report AI turns raw ATE test logs, wafer-level results, and datasheets into clear, executive-ready test reports — powered entirely by a local, on-device AI agent. No cloud, no data upload, no third-party servers. Every log you import and every report generated is processed locally on your device via Ollama, so proprietary chip IP, yield data, and customer test results never leave your device.

EGK Test Report AI automates that translation — while keeping every byte of your test data private, air-gapped, and under your control. It's the natural companion to EGK TestScript AI Studio, EGK's agentic EDA testbench generator.

- Import Test Data — Bring in ATE logs (.csv/.txt) and datasheets or prior reports (.pdf). Large logs are automatically condensed to fit model context while preserving header setup and final results.
- AI Report Generator — One click turns a log into an executive summary, a pass-rate readout, and a list of severity-triaged findings (Critical / Major / Minor / Info), each with a concrete recommendation.
- Custom Focus — Tell the AI what to emphasize (e.g. "focus on ESD and thermal margins") before generating.
- Report History — Every generated report is saved locally and browsable, with one-click Markdown export for sharing with your team.
- AI Setup — Built-in guided setup for Ollama, with model selection and connection status, so the whole pipeline stays fully local.
FREE TO USE
EGK Test Report AI is fully functional without a subscription. Free tier users get 3 AI report generations per day, reset daily. Importing, browsing, and reviewing report history are never gated — no purchase is required to use the app.
EGK TEST REPORT AI PRO (OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION)
For engineers running high volumes of test data, EGK Test Report AI Pro removes the daily generation cap and supports larger on-device reasoning models for longer, more complex logs (on supported Apple Silicon hardware).
Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with two plan options:
- EGK Test Report AI Pro — Monthly: billed every month.
- EGK Test Report AI Pro — Annual: billed every year, at a discounted effective monthly rate.
Exact pricing for your region is shown in the app on the subscription screen before you purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in System Settings ▸ Apple ID ▸ Subscriptions on your device. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
A "Restore Purchases" option is always available on the Pro screen and in Settings.
PRIVACY
