NEW MISSION: BALLOON BLOW Ryser starts the morning flat and sad. Blow into the microphone to pump him back up — he only fills while you actually blow, tracked by a 10-second countdown. He's now the first mission in the library. Plus minor fixes and polish.

This update makes your alarm harder to escape — and your missions smoother to finish. • Force-quitting no longer silences your alarm. If you swiped Ryser away mid-mission, the ringing could stop for good. Now a relentless ladder of backup alerts takes over within seconds, so closing the app is no longer a way out. • Spoken missions listen better. The microphone now keeps up if you pause mid-sentence, restart a line, or speak slowly — and the hold-to-confirm fallback re-arms on every line instead of locking up after the first. • The memory mission explains itself. Tiles now clearly show when they're waiting versus ready, and a wrong tap replays the sequence automatically instead of leaving you tapping dead tiles. • Finishing a mission now celebrates properly, with a burst of confetti and no flash between screens. Your alarms are as relentless as ever. They just stop the moment you've genuinely earned it.

This update fixes a bug that could restart a mission you'd already finished. • Fixed missions repeating — if a follow-up alarm reminder arrived while you were solving a mission (or right after you finished it), the mission could reset and start over from the beginning. It now recognises that you're already up and stands down. • Finishing a mission now instantly clears every remaining alarm reminder, so nothing can pull you back into a wake-up you've completed. • Steadier wake-ups overall — an alarm that's already on screen is never re-opened on top of itself. Your alarms are as relentless as ever. They just stop the moment you've genuinely earned it.

Ryser now rings exactly the way you want it to. • Per-alarm volume — set each alarm's loudness, from a whisper to full blast, with a live preview so you hear it before saving • Gentle start — optionally rise from near-silent to full volume over 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1, 5, or 10 minutes • Fixed notifications that kept saying the alarm was still going after you'd already gotten up • If you walk away mid-mission, quieter and smarter follow-ups bring you back to finish Set your mission tonight. Tomorrow morning, rise.

Ryser just got more dependable — and more rewarding. • Alarm reliability: if your alarm fires while the app is closed, opening Ryser now takes you straight to the ringing screen so a wake-up is never missed • Welcome-back offer: returning subscribers see a discounted yearly plan • Invite a friend during setup and unlock a longer free trial • Small polish throughout Set your mission tonight. Tomorrow morning, rise.

Ryser 2.0 is here — a brand-new look built around our hot-air balloon and the mornings you're climbing toward. • New icon and a full design refresh • Ryser logo front and center during missions — perfect for filming your 6am wins • Cleaner mission screens with a live clock • Reliability improvements and bug fixes Set your mission tonight. Tomorrow morning, rise.

• Louder, clearer alarm sounds — every sound re-mastered for consistent volume • Smarter splash detection — more accurate at telling a real splash from a dry face, in any lighting • New Lock Screen countdown — see your wake-up time and mission on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island before the alarm rings • Simpler onboarding — permissions are now asked one at a time • Safer emergency exit — unlocks after 3 minutes with a press-and-hold, so a groggy tap can't skip your mission • Reliability improvements — the app now warns you if your alarm can't ring properly and fixes itself when permissions change
