Major Arcana Meals turns "what should I make tonight?" into the best part of dinner. Each of the 22 major arcana is bound to one ingredient — The Magician is garlic, The Hierophant is sage, The Chariot is onion. Deal a three-card spread and the app finds real recipes that use all three ingredients at once.
• 1,604 real recipes, every one with full ingredients and step-by-step instructions — readable entirely in the app, entirely offline
• Every recipe names and links its original source — BBC Good Food, NYT Cooking, Epicurious, Serious Eats, Food & Wine, and dozens more
• Each card explains why it owns its ingredient, and shows you the ingredient itself
• No exact match for your three cards? The app offers looser dish ideas built around them instead
• List your allergies in Settings: matching dishes never appear, and a card whose ingredient you're allergic to leaves the deck (dealt cards are struck through and redrawn)
• Few exact matches for tonight's three? "One swap away" surfaces real recipes that hold two of them, with an on-device Apple Intelligence tip on how to work in the third
• Pick tonight's dish and save it to your Journal; share it and the three cards travel with the recipe
• One tap sends a dish to your shopping list in More Garlic, our companion grocery app
Browse the whole cookbook in the Recipes library: search by name or ingredient line, or filter by the 22 card ingredients — sage AND garlic shows only dishes that carry both.
The deck still reads. After you deal, the Readings tab interprets tonight's three cards through the esoteric tradition — upright, no reversals, written on your device by Apple Intelligence with a graceful offline fallback. Scan a physical spread with the camera to read it through five interpretive traditions, and your private Journal remembers each night's cards, their meaning, and the dish you picked.

Ratings & Reviews
Readings now has two modes. Tonight's Table still reads your food deal, same as before. Full Deck brings back all 78 cards: single card, three card, and Celtic Cross spreads, in all five reading lenses.
Four cards got kitchen-friendlier ingredients: milk, bread, sugar, and cheese. Recipe matches are up again, from 923 to 1,522 of 1,540 possible draws. The recipe library grew to 1,674 titles.
