SECURITY AND SHARING • Sharing is now limited to invited people: you share an iCloud database via “Invite people …” in the system's sharing window — by iCloud address, with “view only” or “can make changes” per person. Until now, holding the share link was enough for full access, so a forwarded link would have opened the entire database, user accounts included, to a stranger. • See who has access — and revoke it there: “iCloud & sharing” lists everyone involved with their name, permission and invitation status, with a “Revoke access” button per person. Existing shares are left untouched; a notice offers “Disable link access …”. • Clear notice for view-only access: if you received a database for viewing only, the app says so permanently at the top of the window. Until now the upload failed silently — an afternoon's work would have stayed on your own device. • Complete backup, optionally encrypted: a backup now covers the entire database — including user accounts, change history, comments, risk budget, review cycle and report branding. Until now those were lost on restore. “Back up encrypted …” protects the file with a passphrase (AES-GCM); on import the app detects that itself. • Check passwords as you type: in every password and passphrase field, the eye icon reveals what you entered. With an encryption passphrase, a typo is otherwise final. NAVIGATION AND HANDLING • Jump straight to a risk: “Go to risk” (⌘⇧O) finds a risk from anywhere — by number (“R-042” or “42”) or a word from its title. • Keyboard shortcuts: ⌘1 through ⌘5 switch straight to Dashboard, Portfolio, Register, Matrix and Timeline. • Always see what you are filtering by: when a project is selected, a banner says so — “Clear filter” takes you back to all projects. Especially helpful on iPhone. • Optional counter for due reviews: if you like, the sidebar shows how many risks are due for review; clicking it opens the register filtered accordingly. Enable it in Settings under “Reminders”. • Tidied-up administration: accounts, storage location, encryption, backup and iCloud are now gathered under “Manage database”. Settings keeps the sync status — now visible to every user. • Join a shared database from the sign-in screen: if you received a share link, “Join a shared database …” takes you straight in, with no local account needed first. FIXED • Sharing explained in three steps: the page now spells out the whole sequence — invite, deliver the invitation, hand over the credentials of an account in this database. The third step is the one most often forgotten, and it only surfaces for the invited person, who then cannot sign in. • A second device now joins the same iCloud database: “Use existing iCloud data” takes you to a list to pick from instead of creating a new, empty database — until now a second device could not find the first one's database, and nobody could sign in there. The list also shows iCloud databases created earlier. • Signing in to a shared database: the admin password is checked reliably even when the database has several administrators. And while the accounts are still loading from iCloud, the sign-in screen says so instead of offering first-time setup. • A more responsive sharing page: dialogs in “iCloud & sharing” now react to the first tap. TECHNICAL • Improved accessibility: every new control is fully usable with VoiceOver and clearly labelled. • Ready for iOS 26 and iOS 27: built with the current developer tools and verified on iOS 27 / iPadOS 27 as well as macOS. Note: Version 2.6 requires iOS 26, iPadOS 26 or macOS 26.

• Shared database via iCloud (Beta): Optionally switch a database to iCloud — it then syncs across your devices. With a share link, several iCloud users can collaborate on the same database. Each database syncs into its own iCloud area (the contents of different databases never mix); when uploading you give the database a name so several cloud databases stay distinguishable. You can reconnect to an existing cloud database (e.g. on another device) and delete ones you no longer need. The existing local-file mode stays unchanged; the switch is per database and can be reverted at any time. • Comprehensive accessibility: VoiceOver reads register rows as a whole and offers direct actions; charts have an audio graph and the risk matrix is labeled. Key figures honor Dynamic Type, priorities are recognizable without color via symbols, and contrast has been improved. • Tidier exporting: A single “Export” menu per view — including the management report (dashboard), the audit log (timeline) and the Excel export (register) as grouped submenus. • Risk register as a table (Mac): a multi-column layout with sortable column headers, more compact column widths and a new “Risk cost” column. • Portfolio “No project”: tapping the “No project” tile now scopes the register to just the risks without a project — instead of showing all risks. This filter is also available directly in the sidebar’s project picker. • Clearer database-switch hint: switching to another or an iCloud-shared database signs you out; you then sign in with an account from exactly that database. • More reliable interaction and various refinements (including clean column alignment in the PDF and saving directly in the correct file format). Note: Version 2.5 requires iOS 26, iPadOS 26 or macOS 26. The iCloud mode requires an active iCloud account.

• Trash: Deleted risks now go to the Trash instead of being lost right away. From there you can restore them or delete them permanently — or clear everything at once with “Empty trash”. The Trash is synchronized across all your devices. • Native text formatting: Description, mitigation plan and the other free-text fields use a real text editor — now with strikethrough and inline code too (alongside bold, italic and bullet lists), freely combinable. • Company branding for reports: Your logo, company name and a footer note appear on every PDF page and PowerPoint slide. With no custom logo, the app icon is used as a fallback. Set up by the administrator in Settings. • Tailored reports: For the management report, use “Choose sections” to pick which parts are included (summary, risk matrix, Current → Target, timeline); for the register export, use “Columns” to choose which fields are exported. • Modernized for iOS 26 and macOS 26: the latest system design and up-to-date technology under the hood. • Various refinements and bug fixes. • Portfolio report: From the Portfolio view, create a cross-project report as PDF or PowerPoint — with the key metrics and clear charts (budget and priority per project, status and category distribution, trend of active risks) plus a per-project table. Company-branded like all reports. • Faster in the risk register: Change the status, mark a risk “as reviewed” or duplicate it straight from the context menu or a swipe gesture — without opening the form. • Bulk edit: Select several risks and set status, owner, project or due date for all of them at once. • Keyboard shortcuts (Mac/iPad): ⌘F focuses search, ⌘E edits and ⌘D duplicates the selected risk. On iPhone the toolbar is tidier (a “More” overflow menu), and the empty register offers direct buttons. • Excel polish: Content-heavy text columns are shown with text wrapping, and the register export’s header row carries an AutoFilter for sorting and filtering. • Nicer-looking reports: The “Current → Target” graphic now matches the on-screen risk matrix, and the PowerPoint slide content is laid out more cleanly. • Various refinements and bug fixes. • Risk templates: Create new risks from a catalog of ready-made standard risks — grouped by category and searchable. The form opens pre-filled and can be adjusted. • Review cycle & re-review: Set a review cycle per risk (default, every 30/90/180 days or yearly). A “Next review” date in the detail view, a “Due for review only” filter in the register, a “Review due” dashboard card and optional review reminders keep upcoming reviews on your radar. • New management report: now four pages, as a PDF or an editable PowerPoint — with a summary (including priority and status distribution), the risk matrix, “Current → Target” and the risk timeline. • Audit log as Excel: export the change history as Excel too — with filter and sort buttons on every column (CSV and PDF are still available). • Risk matrix export: in addition to the matrix, a “Current → Target” page/slide showing the move from current to target value. • Dated filenames: every export starts with the export date (year-month-day), so archived files sort chronologically by name. • Various refinements and bug fixes.

• Text formatting: Description, mitigation plan, effectiveness of measures and the project description can now be formatted — bold, italic, bullet lists and line breaks — via a small toolbar right above the field (also ⌘B / ⌘I on Mac). • Better readability: formatted text is rendered cleanly in the detail view, with a comfortable line width on iPad and Mac. • Search matches are now highlighted in the risk register. • Excel export: formatted text is exported as clean, readable plain text. • Longer text fields in the form can be collapsed/expanded; on Mac, ⌘↩ saves. • Various refinements and bug fixes. ```

• Portfolio overview: A new cross-project dashboard shows all projects at a glance — key figures and risk budget per project, a priority heatmap, and a tap to jump into the filtered risk register. • Interactive widgets: Mark due risks as “reviewed” right from the widget or the Lock Screen — without opening the app. The app records the time as “Last reviewed”. • Lock Screen widgets: compact key-figure widgets for the Lock Screen (iPhone, iPad). • Control Center: a new “New risk” control for quick access. • More Siri shortcuts: “Open portfolio” and “Open risk matrix”. • Various refinements and bug fixes. ```

• Due-date reminders: Get reminded in time about open risks that have a due date. Enable it in Settings, with a configurable lead time (on the due date, or 1 day, 3 days or 1 week before). • Home-screen widget: Keep your risks in view — the small widget shows the key figures (open and critical risks, total risk budget), the medium one also the next upcoming due risks. Available on iPhone, iPad and Mac (Notification Center / desktop). • Siri and Shortcuts: “Create a new risk” and “Show due risks” — right from the Shortcuts app or by voice. • Various refinements and bug fixes (including fully localized sign-in messages).

• Now on iPhone, too: Risky Business now runs universally on Mac, iPad and iPhone. On iPhone the layout adapts to a compact view (wide graphics such as the risk matrix scroll horizontally) and rotates with the device. • Multiple administrators: In addition to the primary admin you can create more administrators, or promote/demote existing users. Additional admins sign in with a username and password; the primary account and the last remaining admin are protected. • Risk budget: Map each probability to a percentage and each impact to a monetary value (like Scrum T-shirt sizes). The risk budget (expected value) is calculated automatically per risk and shown in the form, the detail view and as a chip in the register. The dashboard shows the total risk budget across all active risks. The administrator configures the mapping via the menu or the € icon in the sidebar. • Comments per risk: Leave notes/comments right on a risk — with author and timestamp, separate from the automatic change history and synced across all devices. • Excel export & import: Export risks as a real Excel file (.xlsx) and import them back. On import, existing risks (matched by ID/number) are updated and new ones are added — nothing is deleted. The exported sheet is neatly formatted and offers handy dropdown lists in the columns with fixed values (category, probability, impact, status, target values). • A more consistent design for the risk matrices plus numerous refinements and bug fixes.

• Biometric app lock: Optional protection via Face ID, Touch ID or device passcode – the app locks on launch and after returning from the background. Enable it in Settings under "Security". • Target value per risk: Set the residual risk you aim for (probability and impact). New: the "Current → Target" view in the risk matrix draws arrows from the current value to the target, and the dashboard summarizes target achievement as a key figure. • Effectiveness of measures: A new field to record how effective the chosen measures are. • Management report: A one-page executive summary as PDF (key figures, risks by category, trend, top risks) – right from the dashboard. • Audit-log export: Export the complete change history as CSV or a multi-page PDF – from the risk timeline. • Editable creator: The "Opened by" field can now be changed — handy for filling in missing creators after importing a database.

• Dark Mode: Choose the appearance – System (follows your device), Light or Dark. Available in Settings (iPad: gear icon in the sidebar; Mac: ⌘,). • New "Occurred" status: Marks a risk that has actually materialized. These risks are highlighted in red in the register and can be sorted and filtered. • Quick access on Mac: Administrators can open User Management and Project Management directly from the menu bar. • Clearer forms on iPad: Field labels now stay visible even when a field is filled. • Tidier risk timeline: The time-range selector now sits neatly below the description. • Various refinements and stability fixes.

• Optional database encryption: Shared databases (network drive or cloud) can now be encrypted with a passphrase using AES-GCM, so their contents are no longer readable in plain text by others with file access. • Quick access on Mac: Administrators can now open User Management and Project Management directly from the menu bar. • Clearer administration: User and project management have been redesigned into well-structured sections with more spacing and helpful hints. • Smoother risk register: A single click opens a risk; swipe to edit or delete. New sorting and filtering options, including by due date. • Tidier risk entry: The form is calmer and easier to fill in. • Increased minimum password length (8 characters) and various refinements.

Security & improvements: • Stronger protection of user passwords (modern PBKDF2 hashing with a per-user salt). • Existing accounts are automatically upgraded to the new scheme on next sign-in. • New passwords now require at least 8 characters. • Minor bug fixes and improvements.
