Reliability qualification means translating stress-test hours into acceleration factors, FIT rates, and Weibull parameters — then judging whether a part is fit for field deployment. EGK Reliability Qual Assistant does that math exactly, in-app, following standard JEDEC and MIL-HDBK-217 formulas, then lets an on-device AI narrate what the numbers mean and draft a qualification verdict. It's the natural companion to EGK TestScript AI Studio, EGK Test Report AI, and EGK Wafer Yield Analyst, extending EGK's on-device semiconductor toolchain from design verification through test.

- Import Reliability Data — Bring in stress-test log CSVs covering HTOL, HTSL, TC, uHAST, NBTI, HCI, Electromigration, TDDB, and ESD reliability, each mapped to its JEDEC reference standard.
- Exact Local Statistics — Arrhenius acceleration factors, chi-square FIT rates at 60% confidence, and Weibull shape/characteristic-life parameters are computed precisely in-app using standard reliability-physics formulas. The AI never estimates a number — it only interprets statistics already calculated for you.
- AI Qualification Report — One click turns computed statistics into an executive summary, severity-triaged findings (Critical / Major / Minor / Info) explaining likely failure mechanisms, plus a drafted qualification verdict referencing the relevant JEDEC standard.
- Multi-Mechanism View — See failure rate, acceleration factor, FIT rate, and Weibull parameters side-by-side across every stress mechanism in a dataset, so systemic issues (e.g. early-life clustering) are easy to spot before generating a report.
- Report History — Every generated report is saved locally and browsable, with one-click Markdown export for sharing with your team or customers.
- AI Setup — Built-in guided setup for Ollama, with model selection and connection status, so the whole pipeline stays fully local.

EGK Reliability Qual Assistant is fully functional without a subscription. Free tier users get 3 AI report generations per day, reset daily. Importing datasets and viewing exact computed statistics are never gated — no purchase is required to use the app.
EGK RELIABILITY QUAL ASSISTANT PRO (OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION)
For engineers qualifying multiple products or packages, EGK Reliability Qual Assistant Pro removes the daily generation cap and supports larger on-device reasoning models for more complex, multi-mechanism datasets (on supported Apple Silicon hardware).
Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with two plan options:
- EGK Reliability Qual Assistant Pro — Monthly: billed every month.
- EGK Reliability Qual Assistant Pro — Annual: billed every year, at a discounted effective monthly rate.
Exact pricing for your region is shown in the app on the subscription screen before you purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in System Settings ▸ Apple ID ▸ Subscriptions on your device. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
PRIVACY
